As a member of our team in Ephrata, WA, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery of broadcast materials to broadcasters worldwide, ensuring a smooth workflow for acquired titles across all Quintus Media Channels.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with international broadcasters and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of content.
Guarantee that all content meets quality standards and is ready for distribution.
Work closely with our technical partner to conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing media content.
Support content sales by coordinating sales activities, preparing sales materials, and handling followup communications.
Create content catalogues, flashy treatments, and maintain an uptodate website.
Propose and implement process improvements for enhanced productivity.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Highly structured and selfmotivated.
Previous experience in content or media services.
Knowledge of delivery tech specs, including video and audio specs.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
