    Position Overview

    Successful Independent Insurance Agency is looking for professional agents to join their team as Professional Property & Casualty Career Agents. We need dynamic professionals who can help our business grow through meaningful conversations with customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want a rewarding career with great income and growth opportunities, this is for you. We work with all types of clients and represent top insurance carriers to help you close deals easily. Our team has extensive experience and offers exceptional training.

    Responsibilities

    • Market and Tele market daily, write new business, and review current clients for better rates.
    • Generate leads, schedule appointments, understand customer needs, and offer suitable products and services.
    • Educate clients.
    • Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
    • Self-starter with strong independent work skills.
    • Collaborate with the Principal Agent to achieve sales and marketing targets.
    • Work diligently with a positive attitude and commitment to success.
    • Utilize social media for marketing.
    • Must have a positive attitude.

    Requirements

    • Sales experience preferred, but not required due to our excellent training program.
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Licensed in P&C (or the ability to become licensed within 30 days)
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Passion for insurance and financial products to help people manage risks and achieve their goals.
