    $40,000 - $50,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $52,000 - $85,000/yr
    Base is determined by interview and background
    Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
    Medical/Dental
    3% Matching Simple IRA
    Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no weekends required

    Responsibilities

    Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    Requirements

    Ability to commute to our office in Atlanta, GA, near Marietta
    Current Georgia Property and Casualty License Required
    Current Georgia Life and Health License Preferred
    2+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience Preferred
    Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
    Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    People-oriented
    Detail oriented
    Proactive in problem solving
    Able to learn computer functions
    Ability to work in a team environment
