    Job Details

    La Calenda in Yountville, is looking for a Sous Chef with knowledge of traditional cooking methods across a range of regional Mexican Cuisines.

    Be a leading force in the kitchen in the role of Sous Chef .Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, preferably within a chef-driven environment.As a member of the culinary leadership team, this individual must be an independent worker and possess proven management skills.

    In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to learn and contribute.
