    **Technical Service Manager / Consultant (m/w/d)**

    **Technical Service Manager / Consultant (m/w/d) fr die Kontaminationskontrolle** in Reinrumen sowie Einrichtungen in der Pharma-, Biotechnologie-, Forschungs- und Laborindustrie.
    Die Ttigkeit erfolgt vorwiegend dem **Home-Office** und beinhaltet maximal **50% Reisettigkeit**, vorrangig in der DACH Region, weitere Lnder auch weltweit sind eher selten.
    * Beratung und Untersttzung von Kunden und Mitarbeitern zu technischen Informationen im Bereich Kontaminationskontrolle

    per Videokonferenz, telefonisch, persnlich sowie schriftlich
    * Projektmanagement inkl. der Koordination und berwachung von technischen und/oder Laboraktivitten sowie Berichte ber Produkttests
    * Fachbergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit R&D-Gruppen sowie weiteren technischen Experten und Erstellung von Feldversuch-Berichten
    * Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Tagungen und Fachkongressen sowie Leitung von Vortrgen
    * Vorbereitung, Durchfhrung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Trainings- und Schulungsprogrammen fr die pharma- und biopharmazeutische Industrie
    * Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Prozesse und Anwendungen
    * Durchfhrung von klinischen Studien sowie Audits zur Validierung beim Kunden
    * Publikation von Artikeln in Fachzeitschriften gemeinsam im Team
    * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Sales, Marketing, Customer Service und R&D
    * Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (oder vergleichbarer Abschluss) im Bereich Ingenieurswesen oder Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Chemie, Pharma)
    * Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Bio-) Pharma, Chemie, R&D oder als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter
    * Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Verfassen von Fachartikeln
    * Technisches Verstndnis sowie analytisches Denken
    * Hohe Flexibilitt und Reisebereitschaft
    * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie flieende Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
    * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Prsentationsfhigkeiten sowie gute Organisationsfhigkeiten
    * Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
    * Hohe Reisebereitschaft
