Hiring on behalf of a client for the full time direct hire Onsite position

IT Director / Full time / Onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:

development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems and department.
Information Technology budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, and business process re-engineering.
and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
efficient and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
IT security audits or investigations.
and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
implementing and supporting Cloud-based solutions such as Oracle Netsuite on OCI, MS Azure, and others.
new technologies for future planning and potential implementation.
with industry on information technology matters.
trains, and mentors the IT staff.
organizes, and assigns projects to members of the IT team.
other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

interpersonal skills.
understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company's goals.

Education and Experience:

in Computer Science, or in a related field required.
degree or MBA preferred.
least 8-10 years of experience managing an IT department.
