    Role: Project Manager

    Salary: $150,000 DOE

    Location: Tampa, Florida

    Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the commercial retail sector? Our client, an award-winning design and build company, is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Tampa. The leading design and build firm known for their innovative projects and commitment to excellence. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, they have earned numerous awards and recognition in the industry.

    As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various commercial retail construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    Manage all aspects of commercial retail construction projects from start to finish

    Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

    Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

    Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays

    Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

    Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

    Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the commercial retail space

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
