    Opportunity: Vice President of Luxury & Lifestyle

    HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Luxury & Lifestyle based out of the HHM Hotels Philadelphia corporate office. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success and growth of our lifestyle and luxury hotel portfolio.

    Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle focuses on exceptional brand experiences that drive results. HHM Hotels management operations offer several specializations for its owners, including a luxury and lifestyle group, Echelon. HHM Hotels' deep industry knowledge of luxury and lifestyle properties offers a different perspective and a forward-thinking approach.

    Responsibilities:

    Your Focuses

    Portfolio Leadership

    • Directly oversee and provide strategic direction to a diverse portfolio of full-service, luxury, and upper upscale hotels.
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost management, revenue optimization, and strategic planning.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of General Managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
    • Act as the liaison with the owners of the properties by establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
    • Participate in corporate meetings, sales trips, and assignments that may require travel.
    • Ensure that each hotel consistently delivers the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
    • Oversee development of and revision to hotels' business plans and annual budgets.
    • Collaborate with property and executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.
    • Ensure brand consistency within all print, digital and social channels across the portfolio.
    • Facilitate programming and activation pull-through to execute all Marketing initiatives.
    • Oversight of all aspects of Food and Beverage to ensure, consistency, service levels and financial results.
    Qualifications:

    Your Background and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    • 5+ as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a full-service hotel or luxury setting.
    • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with a strong understanding of luxury and upper upscale hotel markets.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
