- Develop and lead the regional Transportation strategy, supporting all modes of transport, for Signify and Cooper Lighting facilities.
- Implement and manage transportation service performance, in line with agreed targets, supported by the Transport Management System
- Propose and lead, cross functional, continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service and cost targets.
- Enable digitization of transport processes and services, to improve the customer experience.
- Manage the supplier relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 or greater years of experience in logistics/transportation/end to end supply chain
- Supply chain knowledge, experience in all modes of Transportation.
- TMS experience along with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Snowflake and SQL queries Preferred
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset; experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- 30% Travel to plants/factories
- Salary: $115,300- $169,070 USD
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 15%
