This part-time opportunity allows you to leverage your leadership abilities while spearheading initiatives to streamline and scale our operations.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, driving the company towards its growth objectives.

Technology Integration:

• Master the utilization of key operational platforms including Notion, Dubsado, ClickUp, Go High Level, and Active Campaign.
• Manage, monitor, and analyze data within these systems, leveraging technology to streamline processes and maximize performance.

Strategic Communication:

• Coordinate internal and external communications strategies, aligning messaging with organizational objectives.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and facilitate effective communication channels to foster collaboration and synergy.

Task Management Expertise:

• Utilize ClickUp to oversee task allocation and project management, ensuring deadlines are precisely met.
• Collaborate closely with team members to design and implement efficient workflows and processes to manage client projects.

Data-driven Decision Making:

• Conduct insightful analysis of operational data, extracting meaningful insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Generate comprehensive reports that drive actionable recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

What Skills & Experience You'll Bring to Us:

• Demonstrated experience in an operations management role or similar capacity, with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of designing workflows and system buildouts based on operational processes created
• Proficiency in Dubsado, ClickUp, Go High Level, and Active Campaign is essential for this role.
• Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with strong multitasking skills to handle complex responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Availability for up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to align with company hours of operation: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET
