William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.

MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is a $2 billion annual revenue business unit that provides construction services for various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with safety to establish and implement safety programs
Handle financial monitoring, including cost projections, change order logs, and invoicing
Work with project superintendents to determine equipment needs and schedules
Update receiving and yield reports
Maintain cost accounting records and change order logs
Manage monthly cost projections and quantities reporting
Keep change order log and subcontract costs tracking up to date
Review estimating strategies and risks
Plan pre-construction tasks and obtain necessary permits
Document project details and manage project closeout
Develop local market relationships and communicate with team and management
Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

High School diploma required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years industry experience managing multiple projects
Experience with heavy civil, DOT, and rail projects
Proficiency in Procore, Build2Win, and/or P6 is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with job cost accounting and CPM scheduling
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to travel occasionally
