We have been retained by our client, a Veteran-Owned Construction Management Firm, to find a

Senior Project Manager

specializing in Civil and/or Industrial Construction. In this role, you'll lead and oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Duties:
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution for civil or industrial construction projects.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager; Civil or Industrial Construction experience preferred.
Experience managing projects over $15M
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
