    Job Title: Senior Program Analytics Manager

    Company: Chewy

    Chewy is currently seeking a Senior Program Analytics Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing a robust analytic framework to measure key Marketing activities, allowing for valuable insights to optimize efficiency and prioritize programs and campaigns.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop an analytic framework to measure KPIs across Marketing milestones.
    • Establish daily dashboards for monitoring KPIs.
    • Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.
    • Collaborate with data collection system owners to enhance automation.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis on Marketing planning, execution capacity forecasting, and more.
    • Work with finance to evaluate cost reduction mechanisms.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Develop a learning agenda for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advanced analytics needs.

    What You'll Need:

    • A passion for customer-centric marketing.
    • 5+ years of experience in production/marketing/customer analytics.
    • Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred.
    • Ability to derive insights from data.
    • Familiarity with Customer Data and CRM platforms.
    • Proficiency in site analytics and data visualization tools.
    • Excellent communication skills for influencing data-driven decisions.
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
    • Curiosity about consumer behavior and business impact.

    Bonus:

    • Experience with Project and Production Management Software is a plus.
