- Promotional Management: Develop and oversee strategic promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Coordinate promotions effectively to resonate with both retail partners and consumers.
- Resource Management and Team Leadership: Manage marketing materials logistics to ensure successful in-store and promotional activities. Recruit, train, and supervise internal and external teams aligned with marketing objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retail partners to provide support for merchandising, promotions, and logistical needs. Leverage partnerships for growth opportunities and product expansion.
- Store Launches and Success: Lead new store launches, ensuring seamless introduction of Prime Roots products into new markets. Monitor store performance and devise strategies for sustained success and growth.
- In-Store Support and Training: Offer continuous support and training to retail staff on Prime Roots products and promotions to enhance sales effectiveness. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and provide comprehensive partner support. Facilitate cross-team communication for feedback integration and product/service enhancements.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use consumer insights and sales data to generate performance reports on accounts, promotions, and market trends. Apply insights to enhance strategies and in-store implementations.
- Consumer Insights and Data Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior and sales trends to steer marketing strategies and improve customer experiences. Conduct detailed data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and refine marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or merchandising, preferably in the food industry.
- Expertise in promotional management and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for team management and relationship building.
- Strategic mindset to oversee multiple projects effectively.
- Passion for sustainability and promoting plant-based nutrition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
