    Job Description Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, has an opening for a Logistics Support Individual and GTA Coordinator to provide support for mini residency events.

    This role is part-time hourly.

    Events may be 1-3 days in duration. This role will require travel to various locations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The successful candidate may be responsible for, among other things:

    Participate in GTA recruitment, review resumes, conduct brief clarifying interviews
    Coordinating event logistics in advance and on-site to include sending reminder emails, materials, schedule, map and logistics of arrival site, amenities, parking, nearby food & coffee)
    Map out the event logistics.
    Serve as the POC for all GTA's during the event.
    Provide feedback during the debrief.
    Work closely with PFS team members.
    Minimum Qualifications

    High School diploma
    Minimum of three (3) years of work
    Experience supporting the planning, managing, and executing of events
    Employee relationship skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
    Ability to obtain a public trust
