- PWG is a private outpatient mental health practice seeking Licensed Therapists or Licensed Interns.
- Must hold a Nevada license for practice.
- Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, or a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
- Must hold an active, or be eligible for, an unrestricted clinical license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Ability to develop a treatment plan based on intake assessment findings.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about community resources.
- Passion for working with diverse clients and clinical cases.
- Require a CAQH profile and assist with insurance company credentialing.
- Open-minded and eager to expand knowledge.
- Contributor to a positive team environment and collaboration.
- Willingness to obtain a state business license.
- Act as the primary clinical provider and offer quality mental health care to individuals and families.
- Provide therapy to clients of various ages through telehealth.
- Manage a consistent caseload.
- Ensure timely completion of all paperwork, including notes, consents, and treatment plans.
- Accurate diagnosis following DSM guidelines.
- Collaborate with treatment team members such as psychiatrists, APRNs, and case managers.
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision sessions.
- Handle prior authorizations for services.
- Address crisis calls from current clients.
- Offer coverage during staff absences.
- Connect clients with community resources as needed.
- Maintain individual malpractice insurance.
