We are currently seeking a
Practice Supervisor (m/f/d) for our senior care home "Friedenshöhe" in Radeburg, located at Moody AFB, GA.

This position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting professional, comprehensive and planned care
  • Managing care documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring care quality and processes
  • Advising and supporting residents, family members and visitors
  • Mentoring trainees during practical training

Requirements:


  • Degree in geriatric nursing, health care or equivalent
  • Degree as a practice supervisor or willingness to obtain one
  • Indepth knowledge of geriatric care
  • Proficient in using care process instruments
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
  • Resilience, commitment and teamwork
  • Strong social skills
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
