What to expect:


  • As a construction foreman (m/f/d) you will plan, design and manage the construction process in collaboration with the project team
  • You ensure the careful implementation of all construction measures together with the construction management
  • You participate in meetings on the construction process and keep the construction diary
  • You coordinate and supervise your own employees and subcontractors in the field of structural and industrial construction
  • You are responsible for the acceptance and rectification of defects of subcontractor trades
  • You monitor the quality on the construction site and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • You plan and manage the entire personnel, equipment and material deployment on the construction site

Your foundation:


  • You are a certified construction foreman (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d) with construction site experience
  • You have practical professional experience as a construction foreman (m/f/d) for structural construction trades
  • You have experience in instructing and leading skilled personnel and subcontractors
  • You have relevant knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB) and occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • You have assertiveness and a high level of initiative
  • You convince with an independent and goaloriented way of working
  • You enjoy building and working in a team
