Secretariat Technical Director (m/f/d), 30 hours/week, permanent, location Reifenstein, starting May 1st, 2023:

The Eichsfeld Hospital with its two hospital locations and subsidiaries EK Pflege and EK Praxis, is the largest employer in the district of Eichsfeld with around 1,200 employees.

We see ourselves as a high-performance healthcare provider in our region, offering medical care for all ages, from outpatient to inpatient.

With direct access to the A38, the cities of Göttingen, Nordhausen, and Kassel are easily accessible.


What to expect:


  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and forwarding documents
  • Document management
  • Correspondence with the team and external companies
  • Writing protocols and reports
  • Checking employee time tracking and processing
  • Creating schedules for pickup and dropoff services and technical staff, taking into account vacation, illness, oncall duty, and compensatory time off
  • Obtaining quotes for maintenance, repair, and maintenance work
  • Key management at the Reifenstein location
  • Ordering consumables

Your profile:

You have completed training as an office clerk or a comparable education or have professional experience as a secretary. You also have advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. Strong communication skills and a structured way of working are part of your daily routine.
