    Customer Experience Manager

    The Customer Experience Manager (CXM) focuses on engaging proactively with customers using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

    The role requires building relationships with C-level customers and having a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions to ensure customer success with various service and product offerings.

    The CXM aims to provide an excellent customer experience while utilizing Oracle cloud solutions, thereby positively impacting their business through OCI technologies.


    In this position, you will lead a talented team responsible for partnering with designated customers throughout their cloud journey.

    As a Leader of Leaders, you will advocate for customers' needs within Oracle and its partners.

    You will be the key contact for C-level relationships with customers at different stages of their Oracle Cloud journey.


    • 12+ years of Customer Success and/or Service experience within Enterprise customers
    • 5+ years leading large organizations with P&L ownership
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
    • Experience in Service Delivery and cloud architecture preferred

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage accountability for cloud services and customers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership
    • Plan and execute account governance activities
    • Advise customers on effective use of Oracle support services and products
    • Improve service quality and maintain accurate account information
    • Identify opportunities for customer engagement with Oracle

    The role also involves overseeing resources that design and implement cloud solutions for customers, setting business objectives, and ensuring successful deployments.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for driving operational performance goals and achieving quarterly targets to maximize revenue.
