Are you ready for the challenge? We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich.

As a member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle. After our recruiters attract top talent, you will take over and become the go-to person for all HR-related matters. Together, we will grow our team with skilled individuals and ensure a high retention rate.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing most HR topics, excluding recruiting
HR administration, such as creating contracts, amendments, and confirmations
Preparing monthly payroll information (processed by an external provider)
Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, including legal requirements and trainings
Providing HR advice to team members and team leads and ensuring compliance with German social security and employment laws
Initiating and executing People & Culture initiatives and activities

Your qualifications:
