What You Can Achieve:

Develop controlling into a business partner for management and departments
Establish and optimize project structures for complex aircraft programs
Conduct project controlling and support in the development of manufacturing processes
Collaborate on monthly and annual financial statements with accounting and departments
Lead the planning process and create analyses and forecasts
Actively drive change, particularly in the professionalization, standardization, and digitalization of controlling during the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA

What You Bring:

Degree in business or a comparable academic education (industrial engineering, business informatics)
35 years of experience in controlling, preferably with a focus on cost accounting
Excellent numerical understanding and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and ideally SAP knowledge (FI, CO)
Strong IT affinity
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer service and quality
Independent, structured, and meticulous work style, combined with a proactive, solutionoriented, and independent approach to implementation
