We at LAN-IT 24 are currently seeking First Level Supporters for our location in Frankfurt am Main.


Start:

ASAP

Duration: 1 year (with option to extend)


Type:
Full-time employment


Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities


Your tasks will include:


  • Analyzing and resolving issues in customer IT systems
  • Installing PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Providing technical support during setup
  • Experience in hardware management
  • Service support
  • Active Directory
  • Windows
  • Ticket system
Qualifications


Requirements:


  • Experience in IT support (First Level Support or Onsite Support)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to focus on user needs
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Good German language skills
