    Job Title: Fleet and Commercial Sales Representative

    Job Overview:

    As a Fleet Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell company products and services to businesses looking to manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their fleet needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those requirements. The Fleet Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the corporate fleet market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Identify and target potential corporate clients interested in fleet management solutions.
      • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
      • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
      • Conduct needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of each client's fleet.
      • Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
    3. Product Knowledge and Customization:
      • Develop a deep understanding of the company's fleet management products and services.
      • Work closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific fleet requirements.
      • Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate relevant features into product offerings.
    4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
      • Create compelling and professional sales presentations to showcase the benefits of the company's fleet solutions.
      • Prepare detailed proposals outlining customized offerings and pricing structures.
      • Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and demonstrating the value of the proposed solutions.
    5. Negotiation and Closing:
      • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
      • Close sales deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
      • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth implementation of sold solutions.
    6. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
      • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
    7. Training and Support:
      • Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process.
      • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fleet management or a related industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate technical details of fleet management solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
