Start of Apprenticeship:

Not interested in making coffee? - Our apprentices don't work as baristas, but instead take on important commercial tasks.

During the apprenticeship, our apprentices will get to know all important departments, such as sales, purchasing, and production management, up to finance and accounting. They will become part of the team and acquire all commercial and business knowledge.

We are looking for team players, curious personalities, and organizational talents

  • Ready, set, go - In the first year of apprenticeship, our apprentices will learn about the company's processes and the functions of the departments
  • Teamwork is our top priority - We involve our apprentices directly in all projects, so they can support our customers with advice and assistance, together with our experts
  • In the thick of it - They will also take on their own small projects. Before starting the third year of apprenticeship, the intermediate exam will take place
  • Final Countdown - Now it's serious, our apprentices will independently obtain offers, process commercial orders, and create invoices. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, their career with us can start, for example as a project manager.
