**MUST:**

Need at least 5 years of experience in health insurance and pharmacy coverage
Previous experience in an insurance Broker, insurance carrier, or TPA
Good grasp of medical insurance and pharmacy coverage
Familiarity with stop loss/reinsurance
Experience in client retention and account management
Current role as an account manager, account executive, Associate Account Manager, or exceptional producer looking to transition to account management
Hold a PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license

**ROLE OVERVIEW:**
