- Assist in the circulation activities associated with the processing of print campaigns: list/merge instructions, merge-purge/data hygiene processing, file/data updates, data sample approval, print quantities and shipping/mailing instructions.
- Work with service bureau, printer and postal vendors to uncover cost efficiencies while continually working to improve workflow, service quality and reduce cycle times.
- Assist with the package insert and blow-in program from planning through to implementation, including calendar planning of paid and non-paid print inserts, printing, inserting, promotional codes, expense management and evaluating performance. Includes coordination with internal and external partners.
- Partner with IT, Marketing Analytics & the Customer Service Center to ensure campaigns are structured properly and operate flawlessly within the system and for the customer.
- Assist with set up of mailing campaigns and continually monitor to ensure accuracy and functionality of all.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and/or errors on mailings.
- Review invoices against job specifications and agreed upon rates, while working directly with outside vendors to resolve billing disputes.
- Assist with communication of mail plans, schedules and production workflows with internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Customer Service Center, Marketing Analytics and Finance) as well as with multiple outside vendors (Quad, Conrad, Experian, Forum, Knight Printing etc.)
- Assist with entry and proofing of printed offers.
- Assist with coordination of product change forms for print offers.
- Maintain up to date documentation on mailing procedures and SOP's.
- Supports other marketing efforts on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Conducts self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of SHP.
- Ad-hoc projects as needed.

SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to assist in the production of all print initiatives, making sure all day-to-day tasks are completed and deadlines met. This position will also support other digital marketing channels as needed.
