    CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION

    Job Description:

    The successful applicant for this position will provide support to our business development team in their efforts to expand awareness of our company and its services, assist in coordinating marketing services for our customers, coordinate realtor tours, and assist generally with overall company marketing efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

    *This position requires daily in-office attendance in Albuquerque, New Mexico. No remote applicants will be considered.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Coordinate realtor tours.
    • Coordinate social media and serve as the social media liaison.
    • Assist with the coordination of continuing education courses.
    • Build and maintain electronic information systems used for direct mail campaigns.
    • Order marketing materials on behalf of customers.
    • Assist with graphic design tasks and act as the backup graphic designer.
    • Work directly with customers to provide marketing materials.
    • Assist the sales team with obtaining marketing materials.
    • Produce invoices for marketing materials.
    • Occasional front desk coverage for receptionist as needed.
    • Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the company.
    • Regular and consistent attendance is required and potentially may include after-hours work-related events.
    KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a professional setting.
    • Must have working experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Publisher.
    • Experience working with InDesign and Adobe Design Suite a plus.
    • Experience working with Salesforce a plus.
    • Must be a collaborative person that likes working with other people.
    PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
    • Ability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Ability to work with and manage confidential and sensitive information.
    • Ability to accept supervision,
    • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
