We, DeltaValue GmbH, are looking for new team members (m/f/d) for our customer service in Plymouth, UT.

As a state-certified and approved training company, we provide our customers with knowledge about successful investment in the stock market, stocks, options, and futures trading.

Every year, we guide hundreds of customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on this journey, making us one of the leading providers.

In customer service, you will support us in maintaining contact with customers through phone calls and video conferences. If you are motivated and articulate, then you are in the right place

During the training phase, we will fully train you so that you can quickly support us in our daily business, even without prior experience.


Responsibilities:

  • You make phone calls with customers and maintain contact to ensure they navigate our training programs successfully.
  • You are the friendly person who welcomes our customers in digital onboarding and introduces them to our internal training area.
  • You handle email correspondence and appointment scheduling reliably and independently complete administrative tasks.
  • You provide friendly and courteous support to our existing customer base, assist our strategy consultants, and contribute to achieving company goals.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are proficient in maintaining our customer management systems (CRM and project management system).
