- Conducts exit interviews and provides feedback to respective Council member.
- Develops and administers employee relations activities, including personnel
- Informs Chief Executive Officer of all non-routine matters.
- Acts as liaison for union activities.
- Responsible for ensuring an Affirmative Action Plan is prepared annually.
- Responsible for ensuring staff follows HR Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for development of the Human Resources Department budget each
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience or other equivalent combination of
- Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and programs, employment law and

The Director of Human Resources role plans, develops, and administers the Personnel and Labor Relations Program within the basic policies of the Agency.
Formulates, implements, and supervises policies and programs relative to selection, orientation, training, promotion, and welfare of all personnel and all employer-employee relationships.
