Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team. This role will provide vital support in managing high-impact engineering projects by tracking deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines, and acting as the backbone of the project team. You'll be instrumental in driving project success, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure all deliverables are on track.

- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.

- Support to Leadership: Serve as backup to the Deputy Project Manager and PMO Manager, ensuring smooth project execution in their absence.

- Facilitation of Meetings: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to keep teams aligned and informed.

- Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor adherence to project management standards and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, fostering collaboration and transparency.

- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and recommend process improvements.

-What You'll Need to Succeed

- Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience:

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

- 2+ years of experience in a team lead capacity is preferred.

- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative project management methodologies.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.

- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify complex information.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

- Problem Solving: Ability to proactively anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
