    We're on the lookout for a dynamic Pest ControlService Manager in Chamblee, GA ready to step into a Branch Manager role within the next 12-24 months If you're currently a Service Manager or already in management, we want to hear from you.

    A typical work day will be from 7:30 am until our technicians finish their day, usually between 5 pm to 6 pm. You'll also spend time in the field from 10 am to 2 pm, providing your expertise and personal touch to our valued customers.

    You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with the founder of Green Queen and the Branch Manager of Atlanta to develop growth plans and strategies, collaborating with various teams as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to assume a leadership role and take the next step in their career.

    This position pays $65,000-$70,000 per year depending on experience, including commission and bonus opportunties.

    What You'll Do:
    • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all areas of our business.
    • Work closely with our team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they have the tools they need to perform at their best.
    • Meet and service customers with extra or special needs.
    • Resolve more challenging pest and mosquito issues on-site with customers.
    • Play a key role in the onboarding and training process for new team members.
    What We Need from You:
    • Relocation to Atlanta, Georgia is required before starting work
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Pest Control & Chemical Spraying role (5+ years is preferred)
    • HPC and WDO registrations are required (certification preferred)
    • Driver's License is required
    • GA Structural Pest Control Registration is required
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
