    JOB SUMMARY

    Our On-Site Experience team is face-to-face with our clients each day, ensuring smooth delivery, set-up, and overall experience for them. As our Associate, you will be the main point of contact for our West Coast on-site team securing consistent daily coverage for all clients, ensuring a well-trained and highly motivated team, and jumping in on-site to support each day as needed.

    This is a hybrid position based out of our San Francisco office in the Financial District and is expected to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time. This position will require regular travel to client sites around the Bay Area via public transportation or personal car (with mileage reimbursement).

    Compensation range $25 to $26 per hour.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Oversee all check-ins and schedules of our on-site team
    • Support on-site to cover call-outs, trials, and new business needs, with the occasional potential for multiple clients in a day
    • Proactively handle all daily issues that our On-Site Coordinators run into, working closely with the On-Site Experience Manager when large problems arise
    • Help to train new staff both virtually and at our client sites
    • Review all feedback daily and action feedback to necessary team members
    • Regularly review all client walkthroughs/dossiers for updated information and images
    • Oversee in-office inventory and perform supply and equipment drops at clients across the Bay Area as needed
    • Additional duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

    • Flexible availability beyond normal work hours, as needed
    • Experience in leading team members and giving direction
    • Knowledge of scheduling large teams
    • Punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work skillfully under pressure
    • Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality
    • A positive attitude in all you do
    • Current Food Handler's Card and understanding of all food, health, and safety standards
    • Wherever permitted by applicable law, applicants must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire. All employees who interact with our clients/vendors/employees are required to be vaccinated.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • This position may require the employee to remain stationary for long periods; or may also require the employee to frequently be lifting, moving around client sites, assembling/disassembling/transporting catering and office-related equipment- up to 50 pounds.
    • While on client sites, the employee may be required to wear a mask while handling food
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a laminator, label maker, computer printer, and phone.
    • Constantly communicates and must be able to accurately exchange information with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
    • Must be located in or near San Francisco, South San Francisco, Daly City, or the Oakland/Berkeley/Emeryville area.
