ALQIMI is currently seeking a Junior All-Source Intelligence Analyst. POSITION BRIEFThe successful candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated self-starter who will fulfill numerous roles and responsibilities and be comfortable in an unstructured environment.
The primary responsibility of this role is to produce mission critical analytical products as deliverables to various government (IC/DoD), commercial and academic clients.

Jr. All-Source Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities As a member of a team working across more than one contract, produce analytical products using ALQIMI's suite of proprietary toolsConduct all-source analysis of publicly and commercially-available information (PAI/CAI) and sources. Research, plan and produce analytical products in support of ALQIMI's client and development efforts.
Initial focus area will be with ALQIMI's FORGETM platform utilized for mission critical "vet & protect" mission areas with emphasis on FOCI concerns.
Ensure highest quality level of analytical products through superior analytical and writing skills.Assist clients and development efforts in a wide variety of ways by using our AOSENTM platform, tools and tradecraft to find insights in OSINT (government and commercial) structured and unstructured data sets.
Explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources and visualize them in creative ways to be presented to clients and prospects.
Support data ingestions processes for finished reports; provide sourcing and references in accordance with ICD 203 and 206 standards.Assist with virtual (mostly) and in-person (less frequently) demonstrations using ALQIMI FORGETM, and create presentations that depict research findings via Microsoft-Office applications
Work with technical and non-technical teams at ALQIMI to create and deploy tailored software and analytic solutions for clients through the entirety of the project lifecycle.
Provide administrative planning and project management assistance.Jr. All-Source Intelligence Analyst Must Have Qualifications Minimum three years of US DoD/IC analyst experience, including experience as an all-source analyst in an US government classified environment producing finished, all-source analytical intelligence products in accordance with US government analytical standards, tradecraft, sourcing, and classification requirements
Willingness and ability to obtain security clearance
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences
Extremely high attention to detail
Candidates must be well organized, team focused, and possess critical thinking skills
