    Job Summary


    Under the direction and supervision of the principal, the High School Assistant Principal will assist in the evaluation and administration of the operations and programs of the high school; participate in staff, student, and community activities; assist with the supervision and evaluation of certificated and classified staff; assist in monitoring the site's curriculum and instruction; assist with communications between the District and other educational and community partnerships.

    Requirements / Qualifications


    Required Education:
    M.A. or M.S.


    Required Credential:
    Appropriate California Credential

    Required Experience:
    Minimum of three years of credentialed service.

    Desirable Experience:
    Five or more years of teaching and/ or administrative service at the secondary level

    Letter of Introduction
    Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two to three letters of recommendation, one must be from your evaluating administrator. All letters of recommendation must be signed and dated within the last two years.)
