A Customer Service Representative handles a variety of member service calls, resolves account issues, and collects payments/orders. A Customer Service Representative completes and maintains related reports, records, and files.Responsibilities:
Understand related regulations, statues, and filing requires as related to financial services
Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on a daily base
Cross-sells products and services and supports all functions
Problem solve member situations by carrying out detail and understanding customer needs
Prepare miscellaneous documents and reports and maintaining related records
Complete outbound communication such as courtesy calls to members
Perform efficient, effective and accurate teller functions
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:

Six months to two years of similar or related experience
