- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
- Issue insurance documentation, update policies, and assist with payments.
- Build and retain clientele via warm leads and creating receptive relationships.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
