responsible for maintaining superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times

- Responsible for adhering to food quality appearance presentation standards at all times Produce serve menu cycle programs compliant with required Nutritional Dietary criteria as required by local regulations correctly prepare diets provided per Policy Procedure Exhibit cooking standards of speed accuracy efficiency Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation production Assist with serving meals ware washing necessary Visit residents periodically evaluate food service such as quality quantity temperature appearance conduct evaluations make revisions in operations procedures promote improved food service Represent community warm inviting manner creating positive marketing environment Supports creating culture where business decisions made this position individual employee engagement drive top-line revenue occupancy
