THE ROLE:


A DAY IN THE LIFE:


  • Configure and manage Autopilot profiles, device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
  • Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, PowerShell and other scripting languages to streamline system administration tasks.
  • Support the administration and management of Windows Server infrastructure in the Azure cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and document issues and resolutions for both physical and virtual server environments.
  • Ensure business continuity through thorough backup and restore procedures and conduct periodic testing of outage scenarios.
  • Assist in the management and upgrades of security certificates, patches, etc.
  • Ability to professionally interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Provide technology support to employees of all TJH divisions including ticket queue management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related computer field. Alternatively, 5+ years of related professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in administering Office 365 services, Microsoft Intune, and automation using PowerShell.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Azure Cloud administration and management of Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Information Protection, Data Governance, and Compliance in Microsoft 36
  • Expert with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies. Possesses extensive knowledge of Azure resources and management, including subscriptions, resource groups, VMs, storage accounts, load balancers, app gateway, vNets, subnets, private endpoints, DNS, and recovery services vaults.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience with IT security best practices including mitigation and remediation strategies at an enterpriselevel
  • Desired Microsoft 365 Certifications:
  • Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate or similar certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
