- Issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers.

- Resolving invoicing discrepancies promptly.
- Monitoring and following up on overdue accounts.
- Engaging with customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Applying customer payments accurately.
- Reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining detailed transaction records.
- Conducting regular customer account reconciliations.
- Investigating and addressing issues promptly.
- Supporting month-end closing activities.
- Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and collections.
- Offering insights to enhance the accounts receivable process.
- Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
