- Review and analyze deductions, credits, and claims
- Create and process credits/claims using a large ERP ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding credit/deduction status and next steps
- Document all actions taken in the M3 system and other relevant platforms
- Follow up on outstanding claims and escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Notify appropriate teams of denied claims and update records accordingly

Our client located in the northern suburbs of Minnesota has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a tenured organization that is growing and looking for experience in Accounts Receivable, deductions, credits and credit memo's, with excellent communication. This role will pay $26-$30/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
•Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits
•Experience with accounts receivable, deductions, or credit management preferred
•Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred)
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
