    Description

    This position is the SME of residual value and total cost of ownership within Ford Pro - responsible for all aspects of informing/leveraging this info to support various workstreams. You will own the POV on total cost of ownership, and its application throughout Pro. Examples include supporting sales teams for TCO and RV analysis as a means to support sales; supporting TCO analysis as a means to justify EV price point premiums; support discussions with guide books on informing our residual advantage premiums.

    Support various workstreams that require a total cost of ownership mindset - key interactions with:

    • Ford Commercial Vehicle Sales Interaction
    • FLEET MANAGEMENT COMPANY Interaction
    • GUIDEBOOK Interaction
    • Ford Motor Credit Corporation (FMCC)
    • Vincentric's Dynamic Cost to Own tool
    • Consult and data share with Forward Model teams, EV analysis teams, etc
    • Ford's TOLM team

    You'll have...

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics involving residual values and total cost of ownership

    Even better, you may have...

    • Mathmatical mind, comfortable with Excel and analytical models
    • Understanding of the tangible drivers of total cost of ownership for fleet customers
    • Ability to handle multiple workstreams concurrently - high bandwidth
    • Understanding various levels of fidelity required, based on the the workstream and "customer" of the information

    This position is a range of salary grade 7-8.
