Your tasks

  • You manage projects in building automation throughout all phases and are the contact person for all technical and commercial questions
  • You are responsible for schedule and construction site monitoring, subcontractor coordination, overall logistics, and cost control
  • You are technically and commercially responsible for the construction of our BMS systems - from planning to handover
  • You lead your project team in building system technology and create necessary amendments in consultation with the customer
  • You are responsible for project accounting, reporting, and project control

Your profile

  • Degree or vocational/technical training in electrical, supply, or BMS technology
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Expertise in building technology and procurement and contract law (VOB, BGB, etc.)
  • A customer- and solution-oriented approach as well as a pragmatic and goal-oriented way of working complete your profile of competencies
