We are currently looking for an attending physician (m/f/d) for general and visceral surgery for a client in Bavaria.

The clinic is one of the primary and standard care providers with a total of 170 beds spread across 4 specialist clinics and affiliated centers and facilities. The academic teaching hospital treats around 7,500 inpatient patients annually. The Department of General and Visceral Surgery performs a variety of minimally invasive procedures on patients. In addition, all traditional open surgeries on the thyroid, parathyroid, and abdominal organs are also performed.

Two beautiful rivers run through the small town, shaping the region's landscape and adding a certain charm. The holiday region owes its popularity to the magnificent lake and well-developed cycling and hiking trails, attracting many visitors. The numerous shopping opportunities and diverse cultural offerings also contribute to its appeal.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Independent performance of inpatient and outpatient surgeries
  • Outpatient clinic duties
  • Participation in case conferences and interdisciplinary tumor boards
  • Expansion and further development of the department
  • Independent execution of surgical procedures
  • Coordination and support of processes on the wards
