We are currently seeking several Call-Center Agents (m/f/d) for our location in Bockenheim, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls exclusively to business customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • No sales involved
  • Training for multiple projects, approximately 2 weeks of onboarding
  • Independent telephone work

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
  • No previous experience required
  • Open to career changers
  • Polite and professional communication skills
  • Enjoy making phone calls
  • Reliable and responsible
