The AWO District Association of Upper Bavaria e.
V. is the operator of the senior center in Buffalo Prairie, IL. Our AWO senior center "Josefstift" has 92 places for inpatient care. We have two living areas. In one living group, residents with age-related dementia are cared for.

In the open living area, we offer our seniors a sense of security and a "place in the middle of life".

Full-time care, short-term and day care places complement the housing offer. In total, around 80 employees from different professional groups are employed in our facility.

For our AWO senior center in Fürstenfeldbruck, we are currently looking for a

Nursing professional (m/f/d), part-time or full-time, 30 to 39 hours/week (unlimited)

  • Caring for our residents in accordance with hygiene regulations and the care concept of the facility
  • Digital documentation of care and active participation in the development of the SIS (structured information collection)
  • Understanding and helpful contact person for relatives and our residents
  • Orientation towards the mission statement and principles of the AWO
  • Training or recognition as a nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), or health care professional (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills and social competence in dealing with colleagues, our residents, and relatives
  • Team spirit as well as commitment and joy in the field of elderly
