Are you at home in the field of SEA? Your strengths lie in communication skills, customer orientation, and you possess a high level of initiative and responsibility? Then you've come to the right place.

We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic Director (m/f/d) for our SEA team in part-time with at least 24 hours per week at our location in Hamburg, Essen or Remote. Will you be the one?

As a Director, you will lead your department and support your team. Your strategic and analytical skills make you an important sparring partner for management, with whom you are in close contact.

What awaits you:

  • In your role as Director, you will independently advise our national and international clients, both in the initial conception and later in ongoing strategic support. You are also responsible for negotiating contracts, prices, offers, and service level agreements with clients.
  • You take disciplinary and professional responsibility for your employees and are the first point of contact for questions within the department.
  • You create pitch documents and participate in pitch presentations to expand the client base and maintain it accordingly, including regular client meetings.
  • You use your extensive industry network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the entire SEA industry.
