    Description
    Our client is looking for Mobile Diesel Foreman with a wide breadth of experience who can diagnose and repair medium/heavy-duty trucks.

    Position Overview:
    • This is a working Foreman role, mentoring and overseeing other mobile technicians within the company.
    • The selected candidate will work independently from a fully equipped service vehicle on including but not limited to, tractors, trailers, bobtails, forklifts, portable air compressors, GSE Equipment and off road equipment.
    • Whether it's diesel, gas, or propane, engine work, brakes, hydraulics, or welding and fabrication, our service trucks are outfitted with more than 2,000 parts on board.
    • The selected candidate will perform scheduled repairs with a well-thought-out approach, adhering to industry best practices and all company safety policies and procedures.

    Repair Technician Responsibilities/Duties:
    • Operate a fully equipped and functional mobile service vehicle, delivering service to customer locations throughout the Los Angeles area.
    • Respond throughout the day to different tasks as dictated by the changing demands and needs of the business;
    • Able and flexible to work an average of 8-10 hours per day. Business operates Mon- Sat.
    • Perform BIT and DOT inspections. A/C Services, Repairs, and Upgrades. Diagnostic, Code Extractions, Opacity Testing. Brakes and Suspension Troubleshooting and Repairs. RV Chassis Maintenance and Repairs. Engine Re-powers. Clutch, Transmission, and Drive-train Repairs and Maintenance.
    Repair Technician Qualifications:
    • Highly proficient in troubleshooting and computer diagnostics
    • Strong independent work ethic and responsible character
    • Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
    • Advanced aptitude and ability to perform diagnostics and repairs
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as diesel mechanic/technician/lead/foreman
    Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Clean driving record and responsible and reliable to handle/managing company's assigned items, including but not limited to a company credit card.
    • High school or equivalent
