    Description

    Are you an Tax Accountant with a strong background in public and business tax preparation but tired of being a cog in the wheel? We have a fantastic partner local to the Indianapolis area who has been proflexibility before it was trendy and a people-centric culture.

    This partner has over 40 years of tenure in the market and a staff of over 20. They have great retention with their team and have this opening due to referral growth from their client base. The offer both professional accounting services and have a bookkeeping arm of their business.

    As a company they help hone your focus into what you enjoy and have people on the team that work on client development and act as CFO to small local businesses on a consultative basis but also have team members who prefer to be head down in the data.

    Required

    • 3 or more years of experience at a CPA firm
    • Experience with public and business tax preparation
    • Focused within 1040, 1120's, and 1065 experience
    • CPA preferred but not required
