We are seeking to hire a Senior Tax Accountant and are open to either part-time or full-time. This position reports to the Corporate Senior Tax Manager in Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities
Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns
Assist with data collection for Forms 5471 and 8858
Work with subsidiary accounting personnel to gather income tax information
Prepare and file quarterly estimated income tax calculations
Assist with the preparation of the annual income tax provision in compliance with ASC 740
Assist with income tax audits
Prepares annual filings to report foreign bank accounts maintained by the U.S. companies, and corporate accounts outside the U.S. over which U.S. associates have signature authority.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-5 years of tax experience with an accounting firm or corporate entity
Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and online tax research software
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Preferred:
Consolidated/unitary state income tax return experience
Preferred:
Experience using OneSource Income Tax and/or OneSource Tax Provision software
